Project Co-ordination

The progress of the project will be recorded in annual reports drawn up by the three team leaders. These will provide detailed descriptions of the progress of the teams’ work and the research results, justify any deviation from the original programme, and note any deficiencies in the realisation of the project. The annual report on the progress of the project will be drawn up by the project co-ordinator in such a way as to facilitate the final evaluation of the work by three external referees. Specifically, it will review the actions and deliverables of each research team and summarise the project results.
